All orders will be dispatched by Australian Post. If the order is placed before 12pm and is not a special custom-made, it may be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be  dispatched the next 1-2 days . If there is no special requirement, regular post with no signature will be used. Customers can choose Express post, and with signature at the delivery at extra cost.

After lodging the parcel at a post office, a post tracking number of the parcel will be either messaged or emailed to customer for tracing purpose. 
 we will not be responsible for any lost parcel during shipping, but will do our best to assist in lost parcel lodgement.
Australian Express Post "next business day" delivery is only available to the  locations specified by the Australian Post, please check the availability before choosing that delivery method. 

SHIPPING CHARGES

We charge a flat rate for postage delivered within Australia:

Regular  post:(up to 5kg)$10

Express post:(up to 5kg) $13

if any signature or insurance needed, customers should contact us and pay the extra cost before the shipment.  

Shipping cost to other countries vary and  is calculated on weight, and delivery destination.
